Two people are dead, another person is wounded, and two suspects are in the hospital after a shooting led to a car chase and crash overnight Saturday on Peoria's South Side.

Fulton County Coroner Austin Rhodes said Todd Brown, 54, of Hanna City, was killed Friday afternoon after the semi tractor-trailer he was driving drove off the northbound lanes of Illinois Route 97.

McLean County prosecutors charged Anthony Seidel, 51, with the felony stemming from a crash that killed Brooke E. Powell, 37, of LeRoy.
