The owner of a popular Peoria strip club has died. Peoria County Coroner Johnna Ingersoll says 57-year old Al Zuccarini’s died Monday morning.

The owner of the 'World Famous Big Al’s’ was admitted to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center after he sustained a severe traumatic head injury from a fall, February 13th.

Zuccarini’s adult entertainment establishment was along Main Street for years. He moved the strip club to a newly built facility on Jefferson Street at the end of 2012. That was to make way for the redevelopment of the Pere Marquette and construction of a new Courtyard Marriott Hotel in downtown Peoria.
