Peoria’s “Don’t Shoot” program launched 15 months ago, with the intention of reducing violent gun crimes in the community. On Thursday, November 21st, 2013, Peoria Public Radio hosted a town hall meeting with city, county and federal officials, to ask how the program is working. The discussion took place in council chambers, room 400 of Peoria City Hall, and broadcast on Peoria Public Radio, and streamed online.
