The officials overseeing elections in Peoria and Tazewell counties say they haven’t changed any plans for the November midterm election following a U.S. Supreme Court decision tied to mail-in ballots.

The Peoria County Election Commission has a new leader ahead of the November general election. Jessily Joseph was appointed executive director Thursday during a special meeting of the PCEC Board.
