Police say seven people were wounded in an apparent gang-related shooting at a child's birthday party in suburban Chicago.
The shooting happened early Sunday in Aurora.
Police say the shooters arrived on bikes or on foot and fired multiple times before fleeing. At least one person shot back. Police spokesman Dan Ferrelli calls it "shocking" and "horrible."
Six people with gunshot wounds were found at the home. A seventh victim was taken to a hospital by a relative. All are expected to survive.
The wounded range in age from 21 to 30. About a dozen children inside the home were not hurt.
