The Peoria Police Department wants to make sure your Halloween is full of treats and not tricks. The city’s official trick-or-treat hours are 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday. In preparation for the annual beggar’s night, Peoria police have issued a variety of safety tips for participants, homeowners and motorists.
