Advanced nursing courses go online at Bradley

Bradley University begins offering advanced nursing courses online this summer. 

The University that holds Peoria Public Radio's license to operate, is accepting applications for five online nursing programs. 

They include a Master of Science in Nursing Administration and a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner. 

Two doctoral-level degrees will be offered - Nursing Practice: Family Nurse Practitioner and Leadership.  The fifth choice will be a Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate.  Classes begin Aug. 24. 

The U.S. Labor Department reports that the "occupational outlook" for nurses is positive and that there are significant opportunities for salary increase and career advancement with a master's degree. 

Bradley's nursing programs Launched 1956 - maintains accreditation by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing.
