The City of Peoria approved a measure to allow food trucks outside of the downtown. But the ordinance leaves few options for food trucks to set up shop. The measure approved last night has restrictions on available parking spaces, and proximity to existing businesses and neighborhoods. Few spaces outside of the downtown meet those guidelines.
