The City of Peoria is allowing the public to weigh-in on whether to allow food-trucks in the downtown. City staff and health department officials will present an outline of the food-truck issue and discuss possible regulations. The first public meeting is Thursday at four in the Council Chambers. The second meeting is next Monday at Spring Hill Suites. People can also offer feedback on the food-truck issue my e-mailing Assistant City Manager Chris Setti. The City Council will consider a food-truck ordinance later this month.
