Out and About in Greater Peoria: Drag N'Paint, a rodeo and hands-on learning about women in STEM

Drag N'Paint: Tonight, join Drag N’ Paint and the Universalist Unitarian Church of Peoria for Wake. Play. Slay. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m. Artist Megan Couri will guide you and your friends to create your own unique masterpiece and Miss Flo NoMo’ has gathered a group of glamorous performers to keep you entertained while you paint the night away.

The rodeo comes to Peoria: Bulls, Bands & Barrels comes to the Peoria Civic Center Saturday. This premier western sports competition and live entertainment experience brings together rodeo and live music fans in professional arenas and rodeo facilities across the United States. BBB features competitive bull riding, barrel racing and bullfighting, which are considered the most exciting rodeo events today.

Learn about the women of STEM: This Women’s History Month, empower your child’s curiosity with a special STEM activity facilitated by the Society of Women Engineers of Central Illinois! Experience hands-on learning led by trailblazing women in engineering and technology. This event runs from 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday at the Peoria PlayHouse Children's Museum.
