Three people were transported to a Peoria hospital early Monday morning after a dryer fire in a Moss Avenue apartment building.

Peoria firefighters responded just after midnight to 708 W. Moss, where they found fire and smoke visible from the back of the residence.

All three of the occupants are in non life-threatening condition.

The cause of the fire was determined to be unintentional.
