Division on Display at Illinois GOP Convention

Illinois Republicans have a resounding, but divisive, answer to whether the state party platform  includes an acceptance of same-sex marriages. It was one of many topics discussed over the weekend in Peoria at the state GOP convention. 

Republican leaders also called for party unity behind the November GOP ticket, despite rarely mentioning presumptive nominee Donald Trump’s name. We’ll hear stories on both those topics.
