Deal struck with business owner who avoided employment taxes

The federal government has made a deal with James Watts and his companies to settle a 30 million dollar tax case. 

Four years ago in Davenport, US Attorney Nicholas Klinefeldt filed a lawsuit against Watts and his companies. The suit claimed that since 1990, they collected employment taxes from workers but failed to pay the government.  IPR's Michelle O'Neill reports the tax case is only part of the story.
