Three people were taken to the hospital after a rollover accident in Central Peoria early Thursday.
Peoria firefighters and paramedics responded to the intersection of Sheridan and Nebraska around 1:45 a.m. to find a vehicle on its top with people still inside. The occupants were extricated and received critical care from first responders on scene.
The patients were then transported to the hospital. Their current conditions are unknown.
Damage is estimated at $80,000. The cause of the accident is unclear at this time. The Peoria Police Department is investigating the accident.
