Peoria Police are investigating a stabbing Thursday at Schmoeger Park.
Police were called to 3400 North Western Avenue for a large fight at Schmoeger Park about 4:30 p.m. Upon arrival they found a car fleeing the area with a female passenger who had been stabbed in the neck. She was transported to the hospital with life threatening injuries. Another juvenile male also sustained injuries.
The group that was fighting was large enough it spilled into the street and neighboring yards.
