A Creve Coeur man is facing charges after allegedly stabbing his brother. 32-year-old Tony Spears was charged with aggravated domestic battery following a fight early Wednesday morning.

Creve Coeur police were called to the 1100 block of Fischer Road and determined Spears’ 22-year-old brother was stabbed in the head with a butcher knife.

The victim was transported to Methodist Hospital for treatment. His condition is unknown.

Tony Spears was taken into custody without incident and transported to OSF Saint Francis for treatment of hand and leg lacerations.

The incident remains under investigation and Creve Coeur police say additional charges may be filed.
