PIA Losing Nonstop Service to Detroit

delta.com

Delta Air Lines is ending its nonstop service to Detroit November 27th.  Delta has offered two weekday round-trip Detroit flights.

This move comes despite Peoria’s overall airline passenger numbers trending well above records. Director of Airports Gene Olson says the Delta move likely follows with the concept, "use it or lose it."

Delta will continue to fly nonstop from PIA to the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) and the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP).
