Bradley's Convergence Center Receives Seven-Figure Gift from Glen and Polly Barton

Bradley University

Quest Charter Academy students are the intended beneficiaries of a major philanthropic contribution.

Bradley University announced Tues. Glen and Polly Barton donated a seven-figure monetary gift to the University’s Business and Engineering Convergence Center.

BU says the Bartons’ wishes are for the funds to be used to develop a partnership with Quest Charter, so its students can also access the facility, called The Maker's Lab.

It's a collaborative workspace where students and members of the community can develop and prototype ideas for engineering or business ventures.

Glen, a retired Caterpillar CEO, and Polly Barton were original founders of Quest Charter Academy.
