OSF HealthCare Raises Minimum Wage

OSF HealthCare is raising the minimum wage for all its workers to $10 per hour starting November 22nd.  The increase is $1.75 more than the state’s minimum wage and will affect about three-percent of OSF’s overall workforce, or Mission Partners.  OSF HealthCare Chair, Sister Judith Ann Duvall, says the raise highlights the value and service of OSF’s 17,000 Mission Partners.  Employees in food service, housekeeping and gift shops will primarily benefit from the increase.
