The Peoria City Council will consider banning forward-facing parking in reverse-angle spaces. If approved October 13th, the city will start issuing tickets for people not parking correctly in the spaces on Fulton, Monroe and Madison streets. The City is installing parking meters on the reverse-angle spaces starting Monday, September 28th.
