A registered nurse is running for Peoria County Coroner in next year’s election. Democrat Jamie Harwood is a nurse at OSF and previously served as a volunteer EMT in Princeville. He is challenging Republican incumbent Johnna Ingersoll, who is seeking her fourth term as coroner. Ingersoll was first elected to the post in 2004.
