Illinois Central College has a new agreement with Lincoln College- Normal to offer students an accelerated bridge baccalaureate program. The ABE program offers 7 different bachelor’s degrees. ICC is the third campus to add the Lincoln College ABE program. Dr. David Gerlach is the President of Lincoln College. He says it will help working professionals with associate degrees in Central Illinois finish bachelor's degrees. “Students will take one course at a time and they will move through their

baccalaureate in an accelerated fashion, where they show-up one day a week on campus and the rest is done online.”

Each course will last five weeks, and will be designed for students to be able to take time-off in between. Adding ICC to the ABE program also works toward Lincoln College’s goal of doubling its enrollment. The Lincoln College ABE program will start in January at ICC with about a dozen students.

ABE Bachelor Degrees offered:

Business Management

Criminal Justice Studies

Entrepreneurship

Health Services Administration

Liberal Arts

Organizational Leadership

Supply Chain and Logistics Management
