About 50 people attended the first public meeting for Peoria School District 150’s strategic planning effort. The meeting addressed safety and security, district facilities and supporting services.
The next meeting at Richwoods High School is set to address community relations and communication, employment and volunteers and fiscal responsibility. It’s being held January 20th.
The February 3rd meeting at Manual covers academics, career and technical education and potential new forms of organization.
The final public strategic planning session is at the administration building and will serve as a wrap up.
