BU offering grad students more global opportunities

Bradley University is offering its graduate students more global opportunities through new partnerships with universities in India.
The university announced Wednesday those opportunities could include study abroad programs, research collaborations and transfer programs.
Jeff Bakken is the dean of Bradley's graduate school. He says the program offers a chance to students and faculty "to experience a new culture with all of its diversity and opportunities."
Two of the partnerships are with universities in Chennai, India. They are Sathyabama University and Hindustan University. The third is with the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India Foundation in Hyderabad.
The first student exchange could take place this summer.
