More people than ever before are flying through the General Wayne A. Downing Peoria International Airport. October marks the 8th month of passenger growth with more than 54,000 people flying through Peoria’s Airport.
Similar records were set each month since March, showing a 7% ridership increase over the same time last year. The Peoria International Airport provides 11 non-stop destinations. The new route to Orlando-Sanford officially started Friday.
