Illinois Supreme Court Justice Thomas Kilbride says the application process is open to fill a vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Michael Brandt. Brandt’s last day on the job is December 12th.

The 10th Judicial Circuit is comprised of Marshall, Peoria, Putnam, Stark and Tazewell Counties.
Applicants must be admitted to practice law in Illinois and must be in good standing with the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission. The application and documents must be completed and received in Justice Kilbride’s office no later than 11:30 in the morning, Friday, October 24th.
