Excel Foundry and Machine in Pekin is holding a public open house from 4 to 7 Thursday. The company is celebrating a $24 million expansion it’s been working on for 17 months.
The total expansion includes improved roadways, new offices and a processing center. Excel says the expansion will allow the company to greatly increase its production and employment capacity.
