  The Peoria City Council meets for the first time Tuesday since the passing of At-Large Peoria City Councilman Gary Sandberg.  Tonight’s OUTSIDE THE HORSESHOE is to pay respects to the longest serving councilman at the horseshoe.  Peoria Public Radio News Director Tanya Koonce speaks with the current members of the Peoria City Hall press corps, Jonny King of 1470 WMBD and Nick Vlahos of the Peoria Journal Star:
