Roam: Go for a stroll at Evergreen Senior Living in Chillicothe tonight. Vote for your favorite Christmas decorations, enjoy punch and cookies and take a picture with Santa in the Community Center. This is a free event starting at 5:30 p.m.
View: ART Inc. is performing the holiday classic The Grinch this weekend at The Romain Arts & Culture Center. It’s the same story you know and love, performed live in this children’s production. The play starts at 6 p.m. Friday and 2 p.m. Saturday. Tickets cost $10.
Dance: Enjoy another Christmas classic at the Peoria Civic Center Saturday and Sunday. Peoria Ballet will perform The Nutcracker with 100 Peoria Ballet students and professional guest artists from New York City. Tchaikovsky’s score will be performed live by the Heartland Festival Orchestra.
