A District 150 bus was involved in an accident with a car Wednesday.
According to a release from the Peoria Fire Department, first responders were called to the intersection of Glen Oak and Fayette at approximately 10 a.m. for a bus accident.
First responders provided medical care to 45 patients. 18 patients were taken to local hospitals with minor injuries. 27 patients refused care.
The Peoria Police Department is investigating the crash.
