55 additional felony charges filed against doctor who allegedly recorded people in Peoria hospital's restrooms

A gavel rests on a judge's bench in a blurry courtroom. The text "WCBU Courts" sits on top of that photo.

Peoria County prosecutors are adding 55 new felony counts of unlawful video recording to the charges against Dr. Henry Chang.

Chang allegedly recorded people in two different employee restrooms at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center for over a month. Detectives have discovered more than one-hundred recordings on Chang's computers.

A camera was discovered by a woman when it fell from its hiding place. Video footage showed Chang setting up one of the cameras.

Police are working with OSF HealthCare to identify the victims. More charges are still expected when the case proceeds to a grand jury next month.

A warrant of $115,000 was issued for Chang.

OSF HealthCare has said it does not comment on personnel matters.
