A jury has cleared a Peoria man in a January 2021 homicide case.
Marvin Sanders, 32, was charged with the shooting murder of Jevon Gilliam outside a South Peoria gas station.
The not-guilty verdict came in Sanders' second trial after a jury deadlocked on the case earlier this year.
