Eastern Illinois will name new president Monday

Eastern Illinois University plans to name its next president on Monday.
The university's Board of Trustees will meet Monday and select a replacement for President William Perry. Perry plans to retire in June.
The Charleston university has been interviewing candidates the past few months. Bradley University’s provost and vice president of academic affairs, David Glassman, is one of four finalists for the position. The school has about 8,900 students.
Perry was hired as president in 2007 after spending most of his career at Texas A&M University.
