Illinois Public Radio's Hannah Meisel recently caught up with Dr. Paul Reville, an education expert from Harvard University. Dr. Reville was an architect of Massachusetts' school reform in the 1990s, and came to Springfield to impart his wisdom on best practices in education overhaul.
