How Mississippi River dam was built

The dream of damming the Mississippi River between Hamilton and Keokuk became a reality in 1910. The funding had been secured so work could get underway. In part two of the series, Damming the Mighty Mississippi, Illinois Public Radio’s Jason Parrott looks at how the dam was actually built.
