Chuck Israels found early fame as a bassist in the Bill Evans Trio in the 1960's, going on to collaborate with some of the greatest jazz artists of all time; including Billie Holiday, Benny Goodman, Coleman Hawkins, Stan Getz, Herbie Hancock, and many others.
