All four Fulton County Jail escapees are now in police custody.

Zachary Hart, 36, was arrested around noon Sunday.

The Fulton County Sheriff's Office said Hart asked a resident for a ride near Cuba just after 8:30 p.m. on Saturday. The resident turned him down.

A $1 million warrant was issued for Hart's arrest.

The other three men who escaped from the jail in Lewistown on Wednesday night were Eugene Roets, Cody Villalobos, and Jesse Davis. Those three were captured in the Peoria and Farmington areas.

Fulton County Sheriff Jeff Standard told local radio station WBYS on Friday the four men exploited a deficiency in the 35-year-old jail to escape. He didn't elaborate.

Numerous police agencies, including the U.S. Marshals, Illinois State Police, and Fulton County Sheriff's Office, were involved in the canvass.
