On this week's episode of Out and About, Dr. Mae Gilliland of ArtsPartners of Central Illinois chats with Indo-American Society of Peoria board member Krupal Sanghvi about the upcoming India Fest.

This celebration of Indian culture takes place on the Peoria Riverfront on Saturday, August 16, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.. Enjoy delicious cuisine, stage performances, henna art, boutique shopping, kids’ activities, and an open-floor DJ dance party to close out the night. This is a great way to experience the sights, sounds, and flavors of India!
