Corn Stock Theatre's 'Puffs' is a spoof on a beloved wizardry classic

On this week's Out and About, Dr. Mae Gilliland Wright of ArtsPartners of Central Illinois talks about Corn Stock Theatre’s upcoming production of 'Puffs' with theatre manager Kenney Delaney.

For seven years a certain boy wizard went to a certain Wizard School and conquered evil. This, however, is not his story. This is the story of the Puffs… who just happened to be there too. It is a tale for anyone who has never been destined to save the world.

You can see 'Puffs' Jan. 19, 20, 26 and 27 at 7:30 p.m., and Jan. 21 and 28 at 2:30 p.m. Find tickets and information here.

Jody Holtz is WCBU's assistant program and development director, All Things Considered host, as well as the producer of WCBU’s arts and culture podcast Out and About.
