The Peoria County Sheriff's Office is investigating a rollover crash involving Dunlap Fire Chief James Hanson.
Hanson's vehicle rolled at Route 91 and Salem School Road just before 1:15 a.m. Sunday. Hanson was hospitalized following the crash.

Peoria County Sheriff Brian Asbell said chemical testing was performed on Hanson, and samples were sent to the Illinois State Lab for testing.

Asbell said the results of the test may lead to citations for a driving under the influence charge if the evidence supports it. The deputy on scene believed more evidence was required before establishing the probable cause needed for an arrest, Asbell said.

Testing takes three to five weeks.
