A 21-year-old Chillicothe man is dead after a single-vehicle rollover crash west of town early Sunday morning.

The Peoria County Sheriff's Office, Chillicothe Fire Department, Chillicothe Police Department, and Advanced Medical Transport responded to the rollover crash at E. Truitt Road and N. Krause Road around 1:15 a.m.

Peoria County Coroner Jamie Harwood said Dylan Koch was headed eastbound on Truitt when his vehicle left the roadway and rolled several times for an unknown reason. Koch was ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead on scene.

Harwood said he likely died instantly. There will be no autopsy.
