Illinois Central College is a promising place to work. That’s according to the National Institute for Staff Organizational Development and the magazine Diverse: Issues in Higher Education.
The two designated ICC as one of the “Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges” for 2019. The award measures institutions on their commitment to workplace diversity, staffing practices and work environment.
