State Senator Dave Koehler has a new role in the 101st General Assembly. He was named Assistant Majority Leader for the 101st General Assembly.
The Peoria Democrat also represents Fulton and Tazewell Counties.
He says he’s pleased to bring a downstate voice to the table as the state continues to rebuild after the budget impasse. He says he appreciates the opportunity.
