Bradley University’s Jewish community is hosting a memorial event Tuesday to honor the victims of the Pittsburgh Synagogue shooting. The candle lighting memorial begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Alumni Quad on campus.
The event follows a Monday night prayer ceremony held by Peoria’s two Jewish congregations.
Eleven people died Sunday after a gunman opened fire at Pittsburgh’s Tree of Life Synagogue.
