Police Ask For Help Solving Pair of Bank Robberies

Peoria Police are asking for help in find the suspects of two bank robberies Wednesday evening. The first happened at Commerce Bank on North Knoxville about 4 o’clock, and included 2 armed men.

The second was at Redbrand Credit Union on N. Grand Prairie Drive about 5:20 with single armed man.

At Commerce Bank the pair entered with a shotgun and a revolver. The first suspect was dressed fully in black including a face mask. The second suspect was dressed in dark colors, but did not cover his face.  The men fled in a white 4-door vehicle.

The Redbrand robber is described as a black man with a light-medium complexion also wearing dark colors including a black coat, with a hood and a partial black face mask. He fled the Credit Union on foot around the building.
