Caterpillar is considering moving parts of its operations in Joliet, Illinois to Mexico. The heavy-equipment maker announced this week it could cut up to 10,000 jobs as it deals with a sagging global economy. Caterpillar Spokeswoman Lisa Miller says the Joliet facility would remain open as a supply chain hub with about 20 remaining jobs
