After Weeks of Silence, Schock Takes to Twitter

Former U.S. Congressman Aaron Schock sent out one of his first public communications since resigning in March. Schock sent out a Tweet commenting on a widely-reported statewide story where a lawyer told a federal judge he couldn’t find Schock.  Schock embedded a Tweet from Fox News anchor Greta Van Susteren, where she says Schock answered his cellphone and isn’t missing. Schock’s own Tweet says ‘Glad to know one reporter does her homework.....’

Questions surrounding Schock’s political and office finances are the subject of an ongoing federal criminal investigation extending beyond his March 30th resignation.
