BU names Wardle Men's Basketball Coach

Bradley University has a new Men’s Basketball Coach. Brian Wardle was named Bradley’s 14th Basketball Coach Friday night.

The Illinois native comes from Green Bay with 95 wins and 65 losses over the last five years.

Wardle is named Bradley’s men’s basketball coach less than a week after the departure of Geno Ford and two weeks after the arrival of new athletic director Chris Reynolds.

Reynolds says it’s thrilling to announce the hiring of Coach Brian Wardle after an intensive and strategic search.

Wardle is officially introduced as Bradley’s new head coach at 5:00 p.m. tonight on Mitchell “J.J.” Anderson Court in the Renaissance Coliseum Basketball Performance Center.

The announcement and introductory event are open to the public. Free parking is available throughout campus, including the Main Street Parking Deck. Fans are asked to enter the building through the Bradley Athletics Entrance on the west side of Renaissance Coliseum.
