Peoria City Councilman Ryan Spain has been named to a statewide government-consolidation task force. Lieutenant Governor Evelyn Sanguinetti is heading up the group. Former Stark County Board ChairmanMichael Bigger is also on the new task force that aims to boost government efficiency in school districts and municipalities.
