Authorities have arrested the suspect in a weekend stabbing. The incident occurred at Brookdale apartments on Saturday night. Police say 65-year old Michael Webber stabbed a 49-year old male in the neck during an argument.
Webber was arrested and taken to the Tazewell County Jail. He is being held on 250-thousand-dollar bond for Vehicular Invasion and Aggravated Battery with a deadly weapo
